The Simple Act of Asking For Help...

... can be a powerful catalyst for change--yet overwhelming and paralyzing.

If you've reached a point where you feel you need professional help, understand your decision has nothing to do with failure or inadequacy. Everyone experiences times in life when you can't, or shouldn't, go it alone.

I work with adults undergoing significant life changes: moving to college and/or graduation, entering the workforce, retirement, bereavement and loss. My office is a safe place to work through and address the issues that undermine the ability to move forward in life. These might include depression, anxiety, past trauma, and difficulties in professional or personal relationships. Or perhaps life simply isn’t going the way you hoped and you need a guide to help you on a more productive journey.

Change is a fact of life and empowering change is my goal.

My practice is built on respect for my clients as individuals, with empathy and appreciation for the unique challenges

they face. We work together to identify strengths while clarifying the issues that may be preventing progress.

What To Expect.
